(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6 The site, position, structure, use, form, design, or building equipment of the building in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
(1) The use of buildings is single-family houses (excluding living together houses with three or more households) excluding those that are registered under the Housing Accommodation Business Act (Act No. 65 of 2017). Nagaya (limited to those with two dwelling units) Or clinics (excluding veterinary clinics);
(2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7 meters from the ground surface.
(3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
(4) The site cannot be divided.
(5) Cuts and embankments on the premises shall not be possible. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building car garages, etc., or for making slopes and lifts for wheelchairs.
(6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit when part of building or building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to any of the following.
Oh, total length of center line of outer wall or pillar in place of this is less than 3 meters.
(I) Provide for storage and other similar uses, and the height of the eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and the total floor area is within 5 square meters.
C Open car garage (those without closed walls, shutters, etc.)
(7) Buildings or structures such as mounts or corridors shall not be installed on existing retaining walls at the boundary of the site and on slopes. The same shall apply when a new retaining wall is constructed.
(8) The structure of the fence or fence facing the road shall be open, such as hedges or net fences. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to small-scale ones attached to the gate.
(9) Mechanical parking equipment cannot be installed on the site.
