  • Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 The site, position, structure, use, form, design or building equipment of the building in the agreement area must comply with the standards set forth in the following items.
    (1) Use of buildings is single-family homes (excluding living together houses with three or more households) excluding those that are notified houses prescribed in the Housing Lodging Business Act (Act No. 65 of 2017). Tenement house (limited to those with a number of dwelling units of two) Or clinics (excluding veterinary clinics) combined housing
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7 meters from the ground surface.
    (3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (4) The site shall not be split.
    (5) Cutting and embankment on the premises shall not be possible. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building car garages, or for building slopes and lifts for wheelchairs.
    (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the boundary line (hereinafter referred to as the "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit when building or part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to any of the following.
     Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3 meters or less.
     We offer for i storage or other similar use, height of eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and total of floor area is less than 5 square meters.
     C) Open car garages (those without closed walls, shutters, etc.)
    (7) On the existing retaining wall at the site boundary, no buildings, masonry or other structures shall not be installed on the existing retaining wall at the site boundary of the site. The same shall apply when a retaining wall is newly established.
    (8) The structure of the fence or fence facing the road shall be openness such as hedges or net fences. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to small items accompany the gate.
    (9) Mechanical parking equipment shall not be installed on the site.
