  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, site, position, form and design of building in Article 6 building agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
    Single-family housing (including two-family living together housing)
    B Single-family clinics (excluding animal clinics) combined housing
    C) Those attached to the buildings in each of the preceding items (excluding those specified in Article 130-5 of the Order)
    (2) The site cannot be divided.
    (3) The ground surface of the site cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those whose ground surface decreases due to the construction of basements or underground garages.
    (4) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary and the distance to the adjacent land boundary shall be 1 m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than limit of this distance.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3m or less.
    (A) Provide for storerooms and other similar uses (excluding garages), the height of the eaves is 2.3 m or less, and the total floor area is 5 m2 or less.
    C. Underground garage attached to building, open garage (within 15m2), air conditioner, etc.
    (5) The height of the building shall not exceed 9m from the ground surface and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5m from the ground surface.
    (6) The number of floors of buildings other than the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (7) For fences, concrete fences, block fences, and the like shall be avoided, and hedges, fences, etc. shall be open.
