    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, structure, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must be based on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use shall be a single-family house or a combination of clinics (excluding veterinary clinic).
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9m from the ground surface and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5m from the ground surface.
    (3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (4) The minimum floor area shall be 136 m2.
    (5) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary shall be 1m or more, and the distance to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 0.5m or more. However, in a building or a part of a building that is less than the limit of this distance, it is provided for storage or other similar uses, and the height of the eaves is 2.3 m or less, and the total floor area is within 5 m2 In this case, this is not the case.
    (6) There shall not be a block wall or a fence or fence or fence with a height of 1.0m or more on the adjacent land boundary.
    (7) Planting is performed within 0.6m from the road boundary line (excluding parking lots and approaches), and fences, gates, fences, etc. of 1.0m or more shall not be provided.
