(Standards for Buildings)
Use, site and position of building in Article 5 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
(1) The use is limited to single-family houses (including two-family living together houses), tenement houses up to two houses (limited to single-family houses that also serve as small offices and classrooms for learning). For interpretation of such standards, a separate interpretation standard shall be established. Buildings for other uses may be constructed if the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 6 has approved that there is no risk of impairing the purpose stipulated in Article 1.
(2) The site cannot be divided. Provided, however, that this shall not apply when the site area after the division becomes 165 square meters or more.
(3) The ground of the site shall not change the height at the time of the announcement of the agreement approval. However, this does not apply to cuts and embankments for building car parking lots and slopes for wheelchairs, lifts, etc. In addition, in cases where cutting or embankment is required due to special circumstances, it was confirmed that there was no problem in terms of the safety of the structure, and the understanding of the owners of the land on the site adjacent to the site was obtained, and This does not apply to those approved by the Steering Committee specified in Article 6.
(4) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line shall be 1 meter or more. (a) The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of it must be 3 meters or less.
