(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6 The use, form, site and location of buildings in the agreement area must conform to the standards stipulated in the following items.
(1) The use of the building shall be any of the following except for those that assume the housing part as a notified house prescribed in the Housing Lodging Business Act (Law No. 65 of 2017).
(A) Detached houses (including two-family living together houses where entrances can be shared or each household can come and go inside)
B. Nagaya (limited to two dwelling units)
C. Houses that use more than half of the total area for living, and also serve as one of the following uses (the total floor area of the part to be used for these uses is 50 m2 or less and used for living) Limited to those that can come and go inside.)
(a) Offices (limited to those specified in Article 130-3, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order)
(b) Study cram school, flower arrangement classroom, go classroom and other similar facilities
(c) clinics
(d) Ateliers or workshops for producing art or crafts (when using a prime mover, the total output is limited to those with a total output of 0.75 kW or less.)
(2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9m from the ground surface and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7m from the ground surface.
(3) The site cannot be divided. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the area of each land after the division is 165 m2 or more.
(4) Cuts or embankments are not allowed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts or embankments for building car parking lots and stairs.
(5) The minimum distance from the outer wall of the building or the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1m. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than minimum retreat distance of outer wall.
Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3m or less.
(I) Provide for storage and other similar uses, the height of the eaves is 2.3m or less, and the total floor area is 5m2 or less.
