(Restrictions on Buildings)
Article 7 Sites, uses, forms, and building equipment of buildings in the area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards set forth in the following items.
(1) Use is a single-family house (including a two-family house for parents and children) or a clinic combined house. However, it does not hinder the maintenance and improvement of a healthy living environment as a residential area, and the Building Agreement Steering Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”) will consult with the City of Yokohama, Urban Development Bureau Regional Town Development Division in advance. This does not apply to buildings approved.
(2) The minimum area of the site shall be 130 square meters. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to sites less than this area at the time of agreement approval, or sites of buildings approved by the proviso of the preceding paragraph.
(3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5 meters. However, when building on an underground garage, the average ground will decrease, so if the height of the eaves exceeds 6.5 meters, the Steering Committee will consider it.
(4) The ground surface of the site (meaning at the time of the announcement of approval) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building car garages.
