    (Restrictions on buildings)
    Article 7 Sites, uses, form, and building equipment of buildings in the area specified in the preceding Article must comply with the standards set forth in the following items.
    (1) Use shall be a single-family house (including a parent-child two-family house) or a clinic combined house. However, it does not hinder maintaining and improving a healthy living environment as a residential area, and the Building Agreement Steering Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”) will consult in advance with the City of Yokohama, Urban Development Bureau Community Development Division. This does not apply to buildings.
    (2) The minimum area of the site will be 130 square meters. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to sites less than this area at the time of agreement approval or the site of a building approved by the proviso of the preceding paragraph.
    (3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be two or less, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5 meters. However, when building on an underground garage, the average ground goes down, so if the height of the eaves exceeds 6.5 meters, it will be considered by the Steering Committee.
    (4) The ground surface of the site (meaning at the time of the announcement of approval) cannot be changed. However, this does not apply to cuts and embankments for building a car garage.
