  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 The use, site, position, form and design of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) The use of the building shall be as follows.

    I Nagaya or apartment house (limited to those with a unit area of 40 square meters or more of each house)

    D) Shared housing, public facilities or welfare facilities that have been approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7 as not to interfere with the conservation of the living environment.
    (2) The height of the building refers to the ground surface (the ground surface at the time of approval public notice.) The same applies below. ) And the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5m from the ground surface. In addition, the definition of the position of the eaves is determined separately by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7.
    (3) The site cannot be divided. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the site area of each land after the division is all 165 square meters or more.
    (4) The ground surface of the site cannot be changed. However, this does not apply to cuts and embankments for building parking lots, stairs or slopes and lifts for wheelchairs.
    (5) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall.

    (6) The retaining wall facing the site boundary shall be maintained at the beginning of construction. In addition, raising the retaining wall and overhanging installation of buildings and structures on the upper part of the retaining wall shall not be performed.
    (7) For fences or fences facing the site boundary, hedges, open wire fences, etc. shall be used, and closed ones such as block fences, stone fences, panel fences, etc. (excluding small-scale ones attached to the gate) shall not be installed. Shall not be. Flowers, trees, etc. will be provided on the part facing the road boundary.
    (8) The colors and forms of roofs, outer walls, decks, signboards, etc. shall be in harmony with the surrounding landscape. Avoid flashy colors as a color tone.
    (9) Signboards and other similar items (hereinafter referred to as "signboards") relate to landowners (including tenants) to be installed, and the height from the road surface to the upper end of the signboards is 3 m or less, and the display area is 1 m2 or less (for clinics signs, the height from the road surface to the upper end of the signboards is 5 m or less, and the display area is 2 m2 or less).
    (10) Mechanical parking lots and vending machines shall not be installed on the premises.
    (11) In the case of a tenement house or apartment house, a parking lot at least the same number of dwelling units must be secured on the site. However, if the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7 approves that there is no problem with the living environment, a parking lot can be secured nearby.
