Feelings
All vegetables at Kohae Farm are grown in the open field. We make a variety earlier than any general market and until the latest. We grow delicious vegetables that can be eaten with little varieties carefully and with confidence in the cultivation method that suits the year.
Commitment
Agriculture is said to be from soil making, and it is not completed overnight. The soil and cultivation methods have been handed down from generation to generation, and we are working on vegetable cultivation through trial and error every day.
Rewarding
Consumers can tell them, "I learned about the deliciousness of vegetables, such as fragrance and taste, through the vegetables purchased at taku."
History of Farming
In vegetable cultivation, the soil (field soil quality) and environment (temperature and precipitation) are different every year, so the same result as every year is not obtained. My parents told me that I was a freshman no matter how many years I grew, and I started farming at the age of 20 because I needed experience to make delicious vegetables myself.
