Nishiya Negi, which is characterized by its good and soft fragrance, is a traditional vegetable from Yokohama. You can eat one whole from the root to the tip, and there is no place to throw it away! I want as many people as possible to know and eat Nishiya leek of our garden.

I try to grow it with as little pesticide as possible.

Because the field was dedicated to agriculture, I took over the rest.
