Ozawa Farm

Feelings

We challenge every year so that we can deliver varieties that look beautiful and taste delicious! We also make rare varieties of vegetables, and we try various cooking methods every day. I would like you to pick up the vegetables you see for the first time and eat them.

Commitment

In order to improve the soil environment of the field and improve the umami of vegetables, we aim to create better soil by using organic fertilizers such as fish powder and soil conditioner.

Rewarding

I am very happy to hear the customer's voice saying that it tastes good or beautiful.
The joy when the rare varieties that I challenged were successful is Hitoshio.

History of Farming

When I was young, I wasn't interested and didn't care about agriculture, but as a salaried worker, I was struggling with society and wanted to take over free agriculture (family business).
