Actually, I would like to introduce many farmers from Yokohama who grew up in Yokohama.

38 farmers who cooperate in cropping for businesses such as restaurants (as of November 2024)

Not only vegetables that are often used in daily life, but also colorful rare vegetables that are found in restaurants and restaurants are actually made in Yokohama.
For example, there are farmers who make more than 10 kinds of eggplants alone and farmers who try new varieties every year in collaboration with chefs.
The abundance of products in proportion to the large number of direct sales outlets is a manifestation of the fact that farmers in Yokohama have grown flexibly while listening to the voices of customers.
Farmers in Yokohama have thoughts and commitments while devising various ideas based on different backgrounds, and continue farming in the big city of Yokohama with a rich personality.
