| Reason for recommendation | I grow vegetables in Tsuzuki Ward . Komatsuna is stored in Ryu Yamanobo all year round, and radish and Chinese cabbage are added in winter. Vegetables are delivered directly to the shop in the morning. We recommended it because we are making a menu that uses komatsuna as the main ingredient (for example, stir-frying oysters and green vegetables). |
