Local production for local consumption For Initiatives | Farmers directly divide Tana Wheat Norin 61 directly from farmers, and make whole wheat flour with homemade flour with a stone mill to make bread. Domestic wheat is not suitable for bread because it has few proteins and poor swelling, but the flavor is stronger than it does not swell. The fragrance is very strong, and the fragrance is completely different when you make bread. Just as freshly polished rice is delicious, the aroma and sweetness of bread made with freshly ground flour can be very strong and delicious. |
