| Local production for local consumption For Initiatives | We finish Italian cuisine mainly from Maioka, Kamiooka, Hino, and local vegetables from the city. This is a style in which the vegetables harvested on that day are finished in the menu of the day. It's delicious again. Our shop has been working on it for nine years to get to know the taste of local vegetables under the name of Maioka Vegetables. Burnya kauda style and soup are on the menu throughout the year with the seasonal local vegetables. |

| Reason for recommendation | Kenshi Akiyama of kitchen cucina has been visiting the store three to four times a week throughout the year since its opening (7:30 am), and freshly harvested fresh vegetables and other items are full of cardboard boxes. I'm buying it. At the restaurant, the menu is decided using local vegetables sent directly from farmers. Recommended menus are made using Maioka vegetables, and we have them publicize vegetables from Maioka. |
