Ingredients, we use vegetables from the city with priority, and we are actively working on local production for local consumption. The hotel's chef and restaurant chefs regularly visit the producers' fields and witnessing the harvest, pursuing fresh ingredients while deepening friendship with farmers. We are also working on the further development of local production for local consumption, such as seeding and making the requested agricultural products at this hotel's farm. |
