Opened in 1993, it offers creative cuisine in the residential area of Hiyoshi, Yokohama. It is a shop boasting Agu pork and Yokohama vegetables, and was loved by locals and was able to overcome the corona situation. It is served by adding Yokohama vegetables to meat and fish dishes, as well as for dessert. Throughout, we offer salads to suppress the rapid rise in blood sugar levels, but we also use Yokohama vegetables as much as possible. We provide customers with explanations of Yokohama vegetables and provide dishes, so we feel the joy of eating local crops.
I would like to actively use Yokohama vegetables for our original "Okazupound", which is recommended for breakfast and snacks.

Reason for recommendation

Twice a month, we deliver 8 to 10 kinds of seasonal vegetables harvested on the farm by courier.
The type of vegetables is not specified by Kaincho, but vegetables that can be harvested at that time.
Every time, I'm very happy to have any vegetables cooked with unique ideas unique to Umicho and provide them to customers.
Mr. Umicho, who is actively challenging various things even during the COVID-19 pandemic, is well received here and there. (Tatsu Fujita)
We deliver 6 to 8 kinds of seasonal vegetables harvested on the farm directly.
While listening to Mr. Umincho's wishes, we deliver vegetables and fruits that can be harvested at that time, but always provide customers with new recipes and it is a great study.
Vegetables with a little habit are also properly prepared, making them a dish that will please customers. I'm very grateful to the producers for feedback such as making this kind of dish.
