Opened in 1993, it offers creative cuisine in a residential area of Hiyoshi Yokohama. It is a shop that boasts Agu pork and Yokohama vegetables, and was loved by locals and was able to overcome the corona over. It is served by adding Yokohama vegetables to meat and fish dishes, and also used for dessert. We offer salads to curb a sharp rise in blood sugar levels, but we also use Yokohama vegetables as much as possible. We explain Yokohama vegetables to our customers and provide food, so customers feel the joy of eating local crops.
I would like to actively use Yokohama vegetables for our original "side dish pounds" recommended for breakfast and snacks.

Reason for recommendation

Twice a month, we deliver 8 to 10 kinds of seasonal vegetables harvested at the farm by courier.
Vegetables are not designated by Mr. Kaicho, but vegetables that can be harvested at that time.
I'm very happy to be able to serve any vegetables every time with the ingenuity unique to Kaicho and serve it to our customers.
Mr. Kaicho, who has been actively challenging various things even during the COVID-19 pandemic, is also energized. (Mitsuo Tatsu Fujita)
We deliver 6 to 8 kinds of seasonal seasonal vegetables harvested at farms by direct delivery.
While listening to Mr. Kaicho's wishes, we deliver vegetables and fruits that can be harvested at that time, but we always provide customers with new recipes and it will be a great study.
Vegetables with a little habit are also properly prepared, making it a dish that will please our customers. I am very grateful for the producers to have feedback such as making such a dish.
