Local production for local consumption For Initiatives | Opened in 1993, it offers creative cuisine in a residential area of Hiyoshi Yokohama. It is a shop that boasts Agu pork and Yokohama vegetables, and was loved by locals and was able to overcome the corona over. It is served by adding Yokohama vegetables to meat and fish dishes, and also used for dessert. We offer salads to curb a sharp rise in blood sugar levels, but we also use Yokohama vegetables as much as possible. We explain Yokohama vegetables to our customers and provide food, so customers feel the joy of eating local crops. |
