Efforts
We always offer new tastes to traditional Japanese food without being bound by old common sense. Freshly harvested vegetables from contract farmers in Kohoku Ward and Tsuzuki Ward   are fresh, fresh and nutritious. In summer, eggplant is tempura, in autumn, seasoned with butter nuts squash, and in winter, komatsuna is served with rice and pots. In this way, Yokohama vegetables are made into seasonal dishes and enjoyed deliciously. We will continue to actively use vegetables grown locally.
NominatorFujishiro Shoten Co., Ltd. (Sakaemachi, Kanagawa-ku, Yokohama-shi)
Reason for recommendationVegetables purchased from contract farmers in Kohoku Ward and Tsuzuki Ward   are delivered on the same day. We tell farmers the wishes of the shop and produce seasonal vegetables for the season. We have you take in carefully selected vegetables from farmers.
