| Local production for local consumption For Initiatives | We serve dishes using local vegetables produced without the use of pesticides as much as possible so that customers can eat with peace of mind. In Yokohama, there are many farmers who are particular about making vegetables, and they are saved as shops. We also ask farmers to purchase vegetables directly in the morning market, which is held twice a month, and customers are pleased and have been very well received. |
