| Local production for local consumption For Initiatives | At the breakfast buffet, we handcrafted boiled dishes named "Yokohama Ni" while incorporating seasonal items every day. It is a boiled dish that uses plenty of Yoko Hamachi vegetables as you read. Lunch is replaced every month, but we serve soups and pasta made with local vegetables depending on the season. It is also available in the salad buffet. At dinner, we serve the ingredients of the local vegetables as it is, so that you can taste the ingredients of local vegetables as it is. |
