We purchase and use vegetables from nearby farmers' direct sales place.
I often use eggplants and cucumbers in summer, suny lettuce from winter to spring, and salad spinach.
(Even carrot, cabbage, red onion, etc. are also purchased depending on the season.)
Leaf vegetables such as komatsuna and rape blossoms are particularly important in freshness, so local morning is useful.
Although irregular and limited quantity, we also sell pesticide-free and chemical-free fertilizer vegetables directly from local Yayoidai fields, mainly from spring to autumn.
In 2015, the store manager became a Hamafudo Concierge. We will focus more on local production for local consumption, such as interacting with farmers.

We sell seasonal vegetables (eggplant, cucumber, etc.) every season.
