| Local production for local consumption For Initiatives | Located in a residential area about a 5-minute walk from Center Kita Station, it is a creative restaurant centered on Japanese cuisine. Homemade vegetables are entirely organic, and other vegetables and fruits are provided by local producers. We also hold event lessons and cooking classes depending on the season, such as making chick bean miso, making ripe yuzu pepper made with pesticide-free vegetables, and making soba miso. |
