| Local production for local consumption For Initiatives | I was born in Yokohama and grew up, so I was interested in Yokohama vegetables. The showcase placed at the counter in the store is always lined with six types of cold soups. We make ozai using seasonal Yokohama vegetables as much as possible. Among them, the most popular restaurant is was wasabi flavor of Komatsuna and chicken. There are so many customers who come to eat this because they can get it stably all year round. |
