| Local production for local consumption On the other hand Efforts | I was born and raised in Yokohama, so I was interested in Yokohama vegetables. The showcase placed at the counter in the store is always lined with six kinds of cold sozais. We make a sozai with seasonal Yokohama vegetables as much as possible. Among them, the most popular restaurant is the wasabi flavor of komatsuna and chicken from Yokohama. There are so many customers who come to eat this because it can be obtained stably all year round. |
