| Local production for local consumption For Initiatives | We sell hamma vegetables once a month at our stores. During the weekend bar time, we serve dishes mainly with hama vegetables. We devised a menu that goes well with wine brewed in-house, and the menu has variations in the menu so that the discarded parts is as smooth as possible. We are working with producers to promote the presence of hamma vegetables, which are rarely used in the Naka Ward area. |
