| Local production for local consumption On the other hand Efforts | At present, we are a chef professional to know widely that so many kinds of vegetables and fruits are available in Yokohama city, but it is not familiar to general people I feel from daily sales that there are many people who are not there. At our shop, for example, when explaining dishes such as "cold carrot mousse consommé jelly" to customers, we try to tell them that "this carrot is from Yokohama that the chef bought by himself this morning."
