Boiled and grilled hot salad is a popular menu to bring out the sweetness and richness of taste. It's served with homemade bana cauda sauce. Five kinds of salads are available, including the seedling menu. All of them are salads made with plenty of Yokohama vegetables. We will continue to make efforts to make our customers happy with the vegetables that have been carefully grown by farmers in Yokohama. |
