| Local production for local consumption For Initiatives | Our shop purchases local Aoba Ward vegetables from our partner farmers and offers a "daily menu" that incorporates fresh seasonal vegetables. Not only familiar vegetables such as spinach and radish, but also rare vegetables such as red core radish, Kyoto potato, yacon, and Swiss chard are incorporated into the menu, so that we can make use of the goodness of the ingredients. More conversations with customers about food and agriculture have increased. I feel that vegetables that show the producer's face can be eaten with peace of mind. We would like to be able to play a role in connecting local farmers and our customers. |
