We have direct contracts with farmers in Kohoku Ward and Tsuzuki Ward   in Yokohama, and use safe and secure fresh vegetables that do not use pesticides, chemical fertilizers or herbicides.
We try to make seasonal ingredients fresh, such as daily menus with freshly picked vegetables.

We purchase vegetables grown in open field cultivation without using any pesticides or chemical fertilizers. About eight years ago, I heard from the owner and came to the field many times.
The transaction began with the passion of providing safe freshly harvested vegetables from Yokohama, which does not use pesticides or chemical fertilizers, etc., and to bridge farmers and customers who can come to eat.
It is my greatest happiness to be able to cook freshly picked vegetables that have been grown so hard in a fresh state.
