Initiatives
Since spring 2014, we have been actively using vegetables (mainly Tozuka) from Yokohama City. In particular, high-quality items are posted as recommended menus. I would like to be able to express the charm of prefecture vegetables, especially Tozuka vegetables in the dishes.
RecommenderYoshiaki Minakawa (Producer/Konan Ward)
Reason for recommendationLadders are focusing on local production for local consumption, and decided to cooperate with the shop owner's desire to provide fresh vegetables to customers who come to the ladder. In addition, the staff is also very interested in agriculture, and they understand the feelings of producers. We can also challenge rare vegetables and provide it to ladder customers, so we recommend it because we will focus on cultivation as a producer.
