| Local production for local consumption For Initiatives | We offer set meals using "Hamapaku" as local production for local consumption in Yokohama. The tonteki set meal of selected sauces (plicitly green onion soy sauce, garlic sauce, red wine sauce, salt pepper) is the most popular menu in our shop. In addition, the “Hamapaku” menu, such as classic pork juice, ginger grilled, pork chop, fried pork and cabbage fried ponzu. Of course, Kushikatsu is also "Hamapaku".
