Contents of the course

In the exchange program, quizzes with guests with roots in the Czech, the United States (Hawaii), and China (Shanghai) according to each level of infants to lower grades, middle and upper grades, and different cultures from Japan, such as food and language from each country I learned. Putting the flag sticker on the world tour board, quizzes and rock-paper-scissors were very exciting.

At the talk event, he talked about the theme of "Multicultural Symbiosis Thinking by Parents and Children-What can be done to get children interested in the world-". . "I want you to be interested in the world." Multicultural is interesting, including the content that many parents are interested in, "I want you to like English!" I want to know more! I learned how to encourage you. In particular, it was impressive to talk about what to do according to the child's developmental stage.

From Izumi inhabitant of a ward activity support center

This event was held to create opportunities for parents and children to be interested in overseas and multicultural, and to have fun and understand diversity.

Regardless of nationality or culture, I would be glad if you could know the "differences" and accept "differences" as attractions instead of discrimination, recognize each other, and deepen your understanding.

The Izumi Citizens' Activities Support Center will continue to support local activities and human resources in Izumi Ward through lectures and human resources banks. We look forward to your participation and inquiries.
