Depending on the season and age, you may feel various physical conditions and changes in your body.
In such a case, at Yakuzen, at that time, we aim to be healthy from the body by incorporating ingredients that match the physical condition of the person.
Learn the basics of Yakuzen and cooking training, and find health tips!

I started living at Yakuzen due to my family and my poor physical condition, and realized the importance of food and health. Currently, he holds a cooking class that incorporates medicinal meals into Japanese food, and gives lectures, provides and supervises recipes.
