Profile
Brillia City Yokohama Isoko Self-Government Chairman and Yokohama BBQ Association Senior BBQ instructor.
In the wake of the introduction of a full-fledged BBQ style in which large meat is baked in a lump, he became the chairman of the city's self-government of 3,000 people in his 30s. Based on the fact that many volunteer volunteers enjoy sweating at the summer festival, he devised his own town management method, "Neighborhood Association Revolution." While many Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations are suffering from a shortage of executives, many generations are playing an active role as executives of junior high school, high school and university students are born. Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations is worthy of a new era.

State of the course
At the time of the resumption of activities by Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations and local community activity groups, which had been stagnant due to the COVID-19 pandemic, popular lecturers who are practicing the way of Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations activities in a new era.
I learned about "Basic Principles of Community Management", "Fostering Attachment and Relationships", and "Three Elements to Create a Strong and Warm Organization".
In addition to the instructor's easy-to-understand explanations, participants deepened their understanding by forming a group and exchanging various opinions about local activities.

From Izumi Ward Residents' Activities Support Center
This course was held with instructors who are practicing the way of Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations activities in a new era to provide hints on restarting local activities for those who are interested in such activities as before, and those who are interested in such activities, as well as those who are interested in such activities, to provide hints for restarting local activities.
Instructors themselves are also active as self-government chairpersons, and many Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations are suffering from a shortage of officers, the Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations, which is suitable for a new era.
