Brillia City Yokohama Isogo Self-Government Chairman, Yokohama BBQ Association Senior BBQ instructor.
In the wake of introducing a full-fledged BBQ style in which large meat is baked in a lump, he became the chairman of the city of 3,000 people in his thirties. Inspired by the fact that many volunteers enjoy sweating at the summer festival, the Neighborhood Association Revolution was devised. While many Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations are suffering from a shortage of executives, executives of junior high school, high school and university students are born and diverse generations are active. He is pioneering the appearance of Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, suitable for a new era.

On the occasion of resuming the activities of Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations and local organizations, which had been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a popular lecturer who is practicing Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations activities in a new era spoke about hints for the restart of local activities.
We learned about "basic principles of community management", "fostering attachment and relationships", and "three elements to create a strong and warm organization".
In addition to the instructor's easy-to-understand explanations, the participants deepened their understanding by forming a group and exchanging experiences and various opinions on local activities. .

This course was held with instructors who are practicing Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations activities in a new era to provide hints for the restart of local activities, for those who have not been able to engage in activities due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and for those who are interested in such activities, to provide hints for restarting local activities.
The lecturer himself is also active as the chairman of the self-government, and while many Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations are suffering from a shortage of officers, it was impressive to see how Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations is suitable for a new era, where officers of junior high school, high school and university students are born and diverse generations are active.
