Mr. Madoka Kitahara, Chairman of the Nonprofit Organization
In November 2009, we launched the web media "Mori no Oto" in Aoba Ward, Yokohama City, to create a sustainable society from the footsteps of our lives. While nurturing citizen writers and connecting people with the community centering on the media, they are engaged in projects such as supporting the improvement of the ability to transmit community design and social activities, and "Meguru Nunoichi, a fun way to connect and make things fun." He has authored "Energy Shift from the Perspective of Life".
Course contents
The first lecture was held on the theme of "To make everyone aware of our activities first."
First of all, I learned that the vision (ideal) and mission (mission) of the organization are important, taking the activities of the NPO Morinooto as an example.
In addition, in the item where the response motivates the activity, he said that he could know the other person by actively receiving questionnaires and no use.
Finally, participants filled out a 5W1H worksheet for the purpose of "knowing their origins" and "thinking what their activities are worth for those who will be friends in the future."
State of the lecture
Workpiece
The second lecture was held in writing, but the lecturer wrote the comments individually on the materials on the theme of "Let's express the activities in words!" I handed it.
A message from a lecturer that he would like to use a worksheet called "Customer's journey" to think about things from the other party's point of view and worksheets for verbalizing the value of their activities together with fellow members of the organization. I also received

This course was designed with the aim of devising a method of disseminating information after knowing their issues. In the lecture, in addition to the importance of SNS, etc., they also talked about the importance of paper media, etc., and the content was tailored to the needs of the participants.
In the questionnaire after the course, we considered future activities such as "It was helpful to see what kind of viewpoint it was important to review the group" and "It was a valuable opportunity to reconfirm the group's vision and mission." There were many opinions that it was helpful in thinking.
We would like you to use the comments created for each group as a gift from the instructor to the participating organizations.
The Izumi Residents' Activities Support Center will continue to work on local activities and Izumi Ward's "human resources" through courses and human resource banks. We look forward to your participation and inquiries.
