Mr. Madoka Kitahara, Chairman of Non-Profit Organization Mori Nooto

In November 2009, we launched the web media "Mori nooto" in Aoba-ku, Yokohama, aiming to create a sustainable society from the footsteps of our lives. While fostering citizen writers and connecting people with the community centering on the media, we are engaged in projects such as community design and improvement of the ability to transmit social activities, and "Funoichi, which connects people with the community." He has authored "Energy Shift from the Perspective of Living".

Contents of the course

The first lecture was held under the theme of "It is important to know ourselves first in order to get everyone to know our activities."
First of all, I learned that the vision (ideal) and mission (mission) of the organization are important, taking the activities of the NPO Mori nooto as an example.
He also mentioned that in the item that the response motivates activities, he could know the other party by actively receiving questionnaires and bad breaks.
Finally, we asked participants to fill out a 5W1H worksheet for the purpose of "knowing their origins" and "thinking what value our activities will be for those who will be friends in the future." .

The second lecture was held in writing, but the instructor individually wrote the comments on the material on the theme of "Let's express the activities in words!" Was handed over.
A message from a lecturer who wants to use a worksheet called "customer trip" to think about things from the other party's point of view and a worksheet to verbalize the value of their activities together with colleagues from the group. Was also received.

This course was designed with the aim of devising ways to disseminate information after learning about our issues. In the lecture, in addition to the importance of SNS, etc., they also talked about the importance of paper media, and the content was tailored to the needs of the participants.
In the questionnaire after attending the course, future activities such as "It was helpful to see what kind of perspective it was important to review the group" and "It was a valuable opportunity to reconfirm the group's vision and mission" There were many opinions that it was useful in thinking about it.
We would like you to use the comments created for each group as gifts from the instructor to the participating organizations.
The Izumi Citizens' Activities Support Center will continue to work through lectures and human resources banks to support local activities and human resources in Izumi Ward. We look forward to your participation and inquiries.
