With the opening of the Yokohama Multicultural Consultation Center on August 1, 2019, tablets were lent to each lounge for remote consultation with the aim of strengthening cooperation between the Center and the International Exchange Lounge in Yokohama.
In addition to the Multicultural Symbiosis Corner, it will be used at each window to help foreign nationals who are not good at Japanese.

The Izumi Ward Office provides consultation on Chinese living in Indochina refugees and Vietnamese living consultation.
※Cambodian and Lao PDR are telephone interpreters.

You can get information on "Multicultural Community Development", "Support for Human Resource Development and Citizen Activities", "Promotion of International Cooperation", and "International Exchange Information Provision" in Yokohama City.

・Multicultural Town Development Studio (outside site)
At Izumi Ward Icho housing complex, people with diverse cultural backgrounds share their individuality and work together to create a fun city. We are always looking for supporters.

・Izumi Ward Office Foreign Language Consultation
We provide Chinese language living consultation and Indochinese refugee and Vietnamese language living consultation services in Izumi Ward Office.
※ Cambodian and Laotian languages will be interpreted over the phone.

You can obtain information on "multicultural community development," "human resource development and support for citizen activities," "promotion of international cooperation," and "provision of information on international exchange" in Yokohama City
