Know the joy of customer service and human resource development through working at a travel agency and a major English conversation school.
About 50,000 people attended the “Mama's Lively Support Program”, which started after giving birth, and became a national ward.
He also gave lectures overseas. In recent years, there have been a lot of training and lectures at companies and local governments.

Contents of the course
Let's know your pattern
The course started with a simple self-introduction.
Depending on how you introduced yourself to others, you can see if your pattern is positive or negative, and how you perceive yourself and what actions you are taking among others.
Next, I received explanations while giving specific examples, such as those that can be controlled and those that cannot be controlled, those that can and cannot be controlled unconsciously, and that they can and cannot be controlled, and I found that I should think more simply by dividing it in the same way.
Also, in familiar human relationships such as relationships with family members and others, do you not act as thinking that the other person can be contourable, and the goodwill and common sense of the other person are exactly the same as your own good intentions and common sense. We also heard cases where feelings are likely to pass each other, such as whether they did not assume that they were.
Each specific example and story were easy to understand because everyone had experience at least once, and it was two hours in a flash with a smile that was drawn into the story of Lecturer Yamazaki.

In this course, I learned the importance of listening and listening to the voices of the hearts that have been unconsciously lost or felt uneasy because the effects of COVID-19 have caused tremendous changes and stress to our lives over a long period of time.
As you become able to understand yourself and have a positive feeling, your relationship with others will change. From the smiles of everyone after the end of this course and the answers to the questionnaire, I think that this course has created an opportunity to realize yourself.
And I hope that the circle of smile and compassion will spread greatly beyond that understanding.
The Izumi inhabitant of a ward activity support center will continue to work to support everyone's "learning" through courses. We look forward to your participation and inquiries.
