Course contents
Let's know your pattern
The course started with a brief self-introduction.
Depending on how I introduced myself to others, I could see if my pattern was positive or reluctant, and how I perceived myself and what actions I am taking in others.
Next, I received explanations while comparing specific examples, such as things that can be controlled and impossible, and things that can not be controlled unconsciously, and that I could not control myself unconsciously, and I found out that I should think more simply.
Also, in familiar human relationships, such as relationships with family members and others, do not act as thinking that the other party is constrainable, and that the other party's goodwill and common sense are exactly the same as their goodwill and common sense. I also heard cases cases where feelings are likely to pass each other, such as whether they did not assume that they were.
Each specific example and story was easy to understand because everyone had experience at least once, and it was easy to understand, and it was two hours in a flash with a smile.
From Izumi Ward Residents' Activities Support Center
In this course, the effects of COVID-19 have caused great changes and stress to our lives over a long period of time, we learned the importance of noticing and listening to the voices of the heart that makes us unconsciously lost or anxious.
Being able to understand yourself and have a positive feeling will also change your relationship with others. Based on the smiles of everyone after this course and the answers to the questionnaire, I think that this course has created a chance to get to know yourself.
And I hope that the circle of smiles and compassion will spread greatly beyond that understanding.
In Izumi inhabitant of a ward activity support center, we will continue to work to support "learning" of everybody through course in future. We look forward to your participation and inquiries.
