For 15 years as a local lecture lecturer, he has held lectures on "Let's play in English for moms and babies", "Elementary school essay classes", and "Home Diary". As a self-esteem corner that fosters self-esteem and self-affirmation, an English teacher, and an essay trainer, he is working on his life work with "children and adults are wonderful on his own."

I learned about the points that make the other person open their ears and hearts.
He did a self-analysis of everyday communication and talked about how to communicate necessary to be a lecturer. Participants commented that they would like to practice how to suppress when their feelings were too high.

I learned about self-esteem and the utility of praise, and practiced and presented myself with reference to the points of "self praise" and the list of praise words. . He talked about social contributions and said, "Social contributions are not only given, but also sometimes received. You will be happy by receiving it. "I was impressed.

This time, we invited two people who are actually working as citizen lecturers, and held a skill improvement course for instructors who "how to communicate" and "enhance self-affirmation".
While facing myself and looking back, I learned the points and tips that I should be aware of to work as a lecturer. We hope that the participants will be able to use them to play an active role as citizen lecturers.
The Izumi Citizens' Activities Support Center will continue to support local activities and human resources in Izumi Ward through lectures and human resources banks. We look forward to your participation and inquiries.
