Please check the congestion at the counter (Family Registry Division, Insurance and Pension Division, Children and Families Support Division) for congestion at each section.

At the "Administrative Services Corner" located at major stations in the city, you can get resident certificate and private seal certificates even outside of office hours, such as Saturday and Sunday. Depending on the Reception hours and the type of certificate, it may not be possible to issue it immediately, so please check before using it.

Notifications of family register (birth, death, marriage, etc.) are accepted at night and holiday reception desks. The documents will be reviewed at a later date in Family Registry Division, but if there are no serious defects, the date of submission will be the date of acceptance.

• Attendees of meetings held by the city (limited to those who attend at the request of the city)
• Those who fall under the following 1 and 2 among ward offices and public hall users

1. Persons with disabilities and their caregivers (Please present a certificate of the physically handicapped, a notebook of love, and a health and welfare notebook for the mentally handicapped.) However, when a person with a disability uses the parking lot It is applicable and does not include when only "caregivers" is used.
2. Low-emission vehicles (limited to those using electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles, fuel cell vehicles, and natural gas vehicles). Please show vehicle inspection certificate's presentation.
