Learn self-defense techniques that anyone can practice immediately in case of emergency.
I learned practical self-defense techniques from the attitude of protecting myself. While imagining an emergency, I moved my body together and experienced self-defense techniques. He told me that what he knew more than he didn't know, such as making a loud voice, rampage (moving greatly), and using weapons around him.
From Izumi Ward Residents' Activities Support Center
This course was held with the aim of deepening the relationship with the community and having a sense of watching over triggering local activities.
Looking at the local community, I learned that continuing activities lead to a reduction in crime, I think I have deepened my awareness of the anti-crime program and watch over the community. I wonder if this experience will be a talisman in the future.
The Izumi Residents' Activities Support Center will continue to work to support local activities and Izumi Ward's "human resources" through courses and human resource banks. We look forward to your participation and inquiries.
