　Based on the examples, they gave us an easy-to-understand explanation of the points that we are aware of as measures against anti-crime program. I learned that the importance of activities, continuous activities, and if anything happens, the number 110, and that small activities will be the eyes of the community, I once again felt the awareness of anti-crime program and the importance of watching over the community.

　I learned practical self-defense techniques from the attitude to protect myself. While imagining an emergency, I moved my body together and experienced a simple self-defense technique. He said that what you know more than you don't know, such as loud voices, rampaging (moving loudly), and using weapons around you, would be weapons.

　This course was held with the aim of deepening the relationship with the community and having a sense of watching over will trigger local activities. .
　I think I have gained a deeper awareness of anti-crime program and watching over the community, learning that continuing activities will lead to a reduction in crime. I think this experience will be my own charm in the future.
