"Let's Start!" Held in November 2020 Zoom experience meeting (two times in total) was very popular, so additional events were held.
As in the previous time, we learned how to operate and manners for participating in the first participant edition, and in the second organizer edition, we learned the difference between the free version and the paid version and the organizer's knowledge. In the organizer's edition, everyone experienced a breakout session that was not held in November.

Points that were helpful in the course

  • It was easy to understand with a specific explanation that could be used immediately.
  • Precautions when becoming a host
  • The unexpected failure story was very helpful.
  • I was able to grasp the image that can be organized in two times.
  • It was not one-sided, but the style and atmosphere that the students could participate in was wonderful, so I thought I could refer to it.
  • The instructor responded to the questions of the participants on a flexible basis. It was helpful because everyone was easy to stumble.
  • Participants were able to experience the "screen screens" required as a host many times, so they were able to establish themselves.
  • I understood the outline of Zoom that I didn't know at all.
  • I am glad that I was able to practice what I failed. It was also helpful to be able to listen to questions and experiences.
  • The distribution of the materials was very helpful. Preparations were prepared and unclear points were ready in front of the course.

From inhabitant of a ward activity support center

Many of the participants were planning to host a meeting using Zoom in Neighborhood Associations, to use it in a circle, or to hold a voluntary business of the facility on Zoom. The course proceeded according to the beginners, but it became a participant edition that became aware and reconfirmed for experienced people.
In the organizer's edition, many questions were asked, such as equipment and security questions, and how to use the paid version account, and I strongly felt the students' desire to do club activities and hold events even during the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the questionnaire, 100% of those who would like to continue using Zoom in the future, and 80% of those who would like to host Zoom.
I would like you to use ICT services such as Zoom to connect people through circle activities and community activities without giving up because I can't work as usual, and use ICT services such as Zoom to connect people-to-people communication through circle activities and community activities.
The Izumi Residents' Activities Support Center will continue to work to support local activities and Izumi Ward's "human resources" through courses and human resource banks. We look forward to your participation and inquiries.
