Tutor's biography

・Born in 1935
・After graduating from high school, he worked at Mitsubishi Bank (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Bank) until retirement age.
・Learn personal computers from the age of 58.
・In 2017, the game app "hinadan" was released, and the CEO of Apple Inc. was invited to WWDC (World Developer Conference).
・Lecture at the 2018 UN Committee on Social Development
・Lecture at the 2020 United Nations Population Fund event
・In 2021, we held a talk show with Mr. Audreytan, the Government of Taiwan (Minister of IT) in charge of digital affairs.

 We welcome Masako Wakamiya, the world's oldest programmer, to give a lecture on the use of digital connections that connect with the community and what can be solved with "connecting power", and encourage "hashtag-type" people who do not forget curiosity regardless of age I learned that seniors need digital, and the importance of connections between people.

 Mr. Wakamiya, who talked while standing all the time during the lecture, is currently working hard to cooperate with national projects to promote digitalization in Japan.
 Participants commented that they received the energy to challenge new things no matter how old they were.

 This course is aimed at those who are engaged in local activities, those who are interested, and those who want to start in the future, with the theme of "connecting power", how to connect with the community using digital and digital closely related to daily life It was held for the purpose of learning that the harmony with people can be expanded by utilizing it well.

 Some said that they realized that they could enjoy a fulfilling time using both digital and analog, and others said that they learned that connecting with local people more than one person could have fun and widely help. .

It was impressive that many participants said that they were encouraged by the positive lecturer, "Let's try anyway."
