Report

Public Relations Course 1st Basic
State of the course

For Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations officers, we learned the most important fundamentals of public relations, such as reviewing "what kind of information we want to send to whom" and reviewing what kind of information we want.

State of Public Relations Course 1st Basic Lecturer
Lecturer Madoka Kitahara

In considering the public relations tools that are suitable for the Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations activities, they gave detailed explanations about the strengths and weaknesses of circulars and bulletin boards, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of LINE and SNS.
I learned who the person who wants to deliver the information, what is the publicity to send it to those who want it to come reliably, and the importance of thinking about public relations means to ensure that it is delivered to the person who wants to deliver the information.
In the work, I specifically think of the target you want to come to the event, think about a catch phrase, announce it, and use the comments from the instructor as a hint to make the viewer laugh or attract the viewer. Raised awareness of "communication public relations".

From Izumi inhabitant of a ward activity support center

This course started as the first basic part of a three-part series of public relations courses, thinking about "whether public relations so far have been transmitted to people who want to convey their activities" and "what is public relations transmitted". It was a course where you could notice issues.
In the future, we will also hold the 2nd flyer and the 3rd digital course, aiming to improve the skills of "communication public relations".
