About identity verification service before receiving My Number Card

Receiving My Number Cards at the My Number Card Special Center is a reservation system, but we also provide a service to mail the card to your home at a later date for those who come to the agency without making a reservation.
Please note that we will keep you a form with your PIN set on your My Number Card at the reception. In addition, there are conditions for identification documents to be presented.

• Those who are busy with work and have difficulty making a reservation in advance or those who cannot decide the date of receipt
• Those who could not make a reservation at the desired date and time of receipt

My number card special center of four places in the city
※The ward office does not provide this service.

Those who fall under all of the following 1-3

1. Person who has resident registration in Yokohama-shi, and grant letter of advice (postcard of guidance of my number card grant) reaches home
2. Those who have never received a My Number Card (for the first time)
3. Person who can come to my number card special center of any of four places in the city

※All special centers are available regardless of your ward.
※Persons under 15 years of age and adult wardes must be accompanied by legal representative.

• Confirm the identity required to receive your My Number Card.
• The Yokohama City staff will keep the PIN set on the My Number Card (the PIN will be set at a later date by the Yokohama City staff).
• 10 to 2 weeks after the date of the procedure, your My Number Card will be mailed to your home by simple registered mail or personal limited mail.

※Since my number card is kept at the ward office, it cannot be handed over on the day of the procedure.
※I can't mail anything other than Address in resident certificate.
