About identity verification service before receiving my number card

　At the My Number Card Special Center, you will come to the Agency on the day you make a reservation in advance, confirm your identity and set your personal identification number, and then hand your My Number Card on the day of the next agency.
　As a new initiative this time, we will carry out a service to bring the prescribed necessary materials to the next implementation place, keep your identity verification and PIN, and then mail your My Number Card to your home at a later date. Advance reservations are not required to use this service.

• Those who are busy with work and have difficulty making advance reservations, or who cannot decide the date of receipt
• Those who could not make a reservation at the desired date and time of receipt

My number card special centers in four places in the city
※The ward office does not carry out this approach.

Those who fall under all of the following 1 to 3

1. Person who has resident registration in Yokohama-shi, and grant letter of advice (postcard of guidance of my number card grant) arrives at home
2. Those who have never received a My Number Card before (one who applied for the first time)
3. Person who can come to my number card special centers in one of the four places in the city

※All special centers are available regardless of your ward.
※Those under the age of 15 and adult wardes must be accompanied by legal representative.

• We will verify the identity required to receive your My Number Card.
• The Yokohama City staff will take care of the PIN to be set on the My Number Card (we will set the PIN received by the Yokohama City staff at a later date).
• 10 days to 2 weeks after the date of the procedure, we will mail your My Number Card to your home by simple registered mail or personal limited receipt mail.

※Because my number card is kept at the ward office, it cannot be handed over on the day of the procedure.
※You can't mail other than Address in resident certificate.
