Ship or Bird or another symbol

This mysterious building is located on the western edge of Minato Mirai 21 district. For example, a ship that goes over the waves, or a giant bird that rests its wings. The view from the side is that a metallic 100-meter large roof swells with a bold color scheme.

The surprise of this building is that it is the office of the Yokohamachuo Urban Development Office, a well-known urban infrastructure development corporation. The idea was to integrate the area around Yokohama Station, Kannai and Isezakicho to create a new city center for the 21st century and to use it as a stimulant for the redevelopment of Yokohama's harbors (designed by Iwao Nakagawa Institute of Construction). However, I feel that it is a little inevitable that it is a temporary facility for 15 years.
