28.The story of a bust and a cat (Oimatsucho 20-1)
The main bust, located beside the reservoir in Nogeyama Park, is British engineer Henry S. Palmer. When he came to Japan in 1882, he was involved in the establishment of Japan's first modern water supply. Since then, he has greatly contributed to the development of Yokohama, and was appointed Honorary Major Commander when he retired from the British Army.
One day, a drunk man stepped on his fluttering feet and read the inscription in detail, but when he shouted, "Yes, he is a great man," he said, "Yes, he was a great man." It was strange.
Another cat in this area is the stray cat kingdom, and there was a cat who developed a special technique of putting limbs on a trash can net and climbing up and down with his body horizontally. I turned my tongue every time I saw it, but I didn't see it at this time. I wish I could be fine.
