At the "Administrative Services Corner" located at major stations in the city, you can get resident certificate and private seal certificates even outside of office hours, such as Saturday and Sunday. Depending on the Reception hours and the type of certificate, it may not be possible to issue it immediately, so please check before using it.

Notifications of family register (birth, death, marriage, etc.) are accepted at the Holiday and Night Reception Desk. We will check the documents at a later date in Family Registry Division and will contact you if there is a shortage of documents or if you need to confirm the contents. If there are no serious deficiencies, the date of submission will be the acceptance date.
(The "holiday / night reception desk" is located on the opposite side of the ward office front entrance.)

Only a small number of cars can be parked. If you come to the agency, please use public transportation as much as possible.

• 30 minutes/200 yen (8: 00-22: 00)
• 60 minutes/100 yen (22:00 to 8:00 the following day)
• [All day] Maximum night charge 300 yen (18:00 to 8:00 the following day)
• [Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays] Up to 1,200 yen on the day (replacement at 24:00)

Due to congestion at the counter, etc., the amount exceeding 60 minutes will be charged. Please use public transportation as much as possible.
