　On Saturday, February 17, we held a presentation on the Nikomachi Plan (Nishi Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan) in Nishi public hall. A total of 330 people attended, including the Neighborhood Associations of Neighborhood Association and members of the Japan National Council of Social Welfare.

　In addition, this time, to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the constituency system, a panel discussion was held with representatives of organizations promoting the Nikomachi Plan and related organizations. He looked back on the past Nishi Ward under the theme of "new and new knowledge," and talked about how to nurture the future. Panelists gave me very important stories based on their long-standing efforts, and I once again realized my future responsibilities and rewarding.
