　On Saturday, March 9, "Festival for Everyone in the 4th District" was held at Ippommatsu Elementary School. This festival is an event that the local people have been taking care of for many years, saying, "Let's make the 4th district a bright and livable area." I climbed.
　At the panel open space, 15 local organizations such as Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations introduced their daily activities. Panels beautifully expressed in photographs and illustrations were raised all over the wall, attracting visitors. In addition, there are `` stage announcements '' where local people perform songs and dances, `` shopping streets '' that sell handmade handicrafts and baked goods, `` restaurants '' where curry, yakisoba, and good smell of pork juice, etc. The venue was crowded with various events. In addition, for the first time, people with disabilities support offices in the city have opened coffee cafes. "How about delicious coffee?" And many customers enjoyed warm coffee with the publicity of the venue.
　I felt again that it was the secret of the depth of the connection between everyone in the fourth district that there was a place where everyone who was active in the community met together, announced their daily activities, and got to know and understand each other. .
