Nice communication! June 1 Nishi Ward Care Prevention Lecture

　On June 1st, Professor Minoru Yamada, a professor at the University of Tsukuba, was invited to speak at Nishi public hall. We held a care prevention lecture on the theme of exercise and the recommendation of storage muscle (chokin). The story is very easy to understand and full of ideas that can be practiced from today, and the participants also said, "I was able to know my current situation and it was an opportunity to think about my life." "It was a fun and quick time." "I want to practice as much as possible and spend a healthy day."
　Prior to the lecture, health checks were carried out by cooperating organizations. Each booth was very successful enough to form a long line, and it was a good opportunity to look back on your own health.
