It's fun! June 23 Everyone's cafeteria "Rururu Shokudo" opens.

　From July, along the Sun Mall Nishiyokohama Shopping Association in Kubocho, a brick-built house, a dining room for everyone, "Rururu Shokudo," will open.　It is a cafeteria launched by local volunteers, saying, "From children to the elderly, have a fun meal together!" We visited the pre-opening on June 23rd.
　Volunteers said, "I want to reduce the amount of rice alone and to create a safe place in such an area where you can eat a lot of warm rice and eat a lot of warm rice." Despite the pre-opening, customers came immediately and enjoyed chatting while eating handmade omelets. It's a small dining room, but when many children gather, they also open nearby community hall.
　I felt that it was a place where everyone could easily drop in with the gentle voices of the volunteers and a peaceful atmosphere. It is a truly wonderful initiative to create regional connections through food. I would like to thank all the people who have been involved in this project.

Date: Every Friday and Saturday (all from 11:30 to 15:00)
Fees: Up to elementary school students (200 yen), junior high school students and above (300 yen)
