　"I want to create a place where local people can have a fun afternoon by serving handmade sweets! The “Everyone's Afternoon Cafe” is held once a month at the District 4th District Hall.

　On September 25, fluffy and moistly baked chiffon cake and coffee jelly. If you order your favorite drink, go to the table you want. Those who enjoy chatting with people who are familiar with their faces, and those who spend their time relaxing each. Free menu is also available for preschool children, so it is safe for parents and children to use it.

　As one of the initiatives of the Japan National Council of Social Welfare in District 4, which is developing a variety of activities, with the aim of becoming a "town where everyone wants to continue living and has a warm contact." It is a place to deepen connections and create new encounters.

　Next month, there will be three kinds of rice balls. The management members full of enthusiasm and affection for the area are waiting with a smile. Why don't you come and visit us?
